Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Booking: To secure your appointment with Velura Aesthetics, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling. This deposit will be applied toward your treatment cost on the day of your appointment.

2. Cancellation Notice: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively.

3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment. No additional cancellation or no-show fees will be charged.

4. Special Considerations: We understand that emergencies can happen. If you experience an unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review the situation at our discretion.
